Rough Country=Amazing Customer Service

When I was installing the OE BBK last week, I also had to remove the Rough Country UCAs since I wanted to remove the axles in order to inspect the hub spindles. Everything checked out ok but I immediately noticed the Moog ball joints on the RC UCAs had plenty of play, more so on the driver's side. Considering I had only installed these last Oct, I figured replacing the ball joint would be an easy fix.

I gave RC a call to find out which Moog ball joint was needed and luckily, the local Advance had it in stock. After picking up the new ball joint, I paid a local shop to press out the old one out and install the replacement.
After it was installed, the new ball joint seemed like it didn't sit flushed in place and it was about 2mm less in diameter. Even though it was completely pressed against the rim where the ball joint sits, for some strange reason it just didn't look right. Both the mechanic and I looked at the ball joint and the numbers matched from the old and new.

My 04 is driven 3-4 days/week and its never been off-road, so I was surprise to see the ball joints wear out prematurely. I decided to email RC customer service/warranty support and had explained the situation with the new ball joint. I received an immediate response and was asked to take a picture of the UCA. I didn't get a chance to send the picture out till late Friday evening; come Sat afternoon, an email from RC with a copy of order confirmation was sent to me.
Monday morning, another email with the packing/shipping info and with a delivery date of today, 3/18/15.

Happy to say UPS just delivered the package. Even happier to say not only did RC make this whole warranty replacement headache free, they sent replacements for BOTH UCAs. :D

Props to Rough Country for the amazing customer service. :urock:
