Need help determining suspension

I own a 06 Nissan Armada and I was thinking about upgrading the suspension and need help to determine what is the best route to go. I've read that the best combo for that would be to replace the fronts with Bilsteins and the backs with OEM suspension with Firestone Helpers... Any recommendations or how what was used when you replaced yours would help me a lot.
