I'm having an issue with my lifegate handles. I noticed when it was extremely cold, my lifegate wouldn't open. There was no resistance in pulling on the handle as If I was pulling on it while being locked. The next thing I know, something broke on the inside of the handle. It looks like a piece of plastic broke off. I can still open the door but I have to keep the handle from pulling away from the door while pulling up to open the hatch. The second issue I have is with the handle that opens the rear window. This happened in extremely cold weather again where I was trying to open the window and it wouldn't respond and now it won't open. I can hear the cable inside when pulling on it. The window handle is now a little ajar from the main handle. I sounds as if something was disconnected. Please help!!
