I have a 2014 Armada Platinum and am having some issues. When we bought it new, the dealership wasn't able to figure out how to play the audio through the car speakers. The headphones work fine, but my kids are little and its really easier for me to control things in the car speakers and not have to fish out headphones. We finally were able to get the sound to come through the car speakers but only intermittently. Sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Even when it does work, the sound goes off and on. It is not based on location, speed, movie, etc. I took it in to the dealership in town today (not where we purchased) and they said it was working fine (in the short time they "looked" at it) and that sometimes there is interference the causes it to do that. They mentioned transformers interfering. I called them out on it and thats the most bogus load I've heard. I'm trying to talk to another dealership to figure out what to do, but thought I would ask here too. It does make a squeal that goes up in pitch with the increased RPMs while driving if that makes a difference.
