'04 17" Wheels on a '12

Hello, we're thinking of replacing our '04 SE off-road with an '11 or '12 Armada, but don't much like the look of the wheels on the newer models. Would it be possible to do a wheel swap, and put the stock 17" SE off-road wheels on an '11 or '12 model?
