Do DC power outlets in Armada work without key in ignition?

I am shopping for an SUV and need one where at least some of the power/accessory outlets in the vehicle will work when key is not in the ignition.

Could someone please tell me if their Armada has this feature? I know it may vary by model year, but any information would be very helpful. Thanks much...
