Armada in Middle East have more HP ?

Im researching since long time about it : how its possible the mada in the middle east ( Arabian countries ) output 360hp and 431 lb/ft of torque while the American model output 317 hp and 385 lb/ft of torque

does it make since ??

does the American model have under powered engine or what ?

edit : those power figures seems test it with 87 octane fuel according to Wikipedia "The Titan, Armada, and Pathfinder power figures are for regular 87 octane fuel" but here in Saudi Arabia and UAE they use 95 fuel can it make such a big difference ? hmm...
