2010 Armada, No Power/no downshift

All, New to this forum and not sure how to fully search so asking first! 2010 Nissan V8 Armada. Went from driving great with tons of power and acceleration to not accelerating barely at all (from lets say 40 MPH) and it will not downshift by itself when you stomp on the pedal. Goes through gears OK manually downshifting.
NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS OR CODES GIVEN OFF !

Any thoughts ?
