Hey guys,
I got my Oil Analysis back from Blackstone. This is my second one already with them. This time around, I ran my oil up to 6000 miles. On my first analysis, my Lead was showing as 10 compared to a universal average of 4. This second analysis, I'm showing a 12 now so it went up from before. According to Blackstone, they think a bearing is going out. Would this be the case or should I not worry? This second analysis as I stated, it was run with Mobil 1 5W 30 Synthetic. Just wanted to hear your thoughts. My TBN was still good at 2.1 and all the other numbers were also good. They didn't see any Antifreeze or Fuel in the analysis which is a good sign.
Iron - 8 previously 6 (Universal Average 13)
Lead - 12 previously 10 (Universal Average 4)
Tin - 0 previously 0 (Universal Average 1)
Aluminum - 3 previously 2 (Universal Average 3)
