Replace handle on tailgate

Has anyone replaced the tailgate liftgate handle? I picked up one from Courtesy http://tinyurl.com/oo29vl9 The camera mount broke and then the part that keeps the bolt head from turning broke off (brittle plastic).

There are the two main bolts on either side but I'm not sure what else is keeping the part in unless it's the cables for flipup window???

I also go some Smoke Metallic K11 from TouchUpDirect as the part is light gray plastic.
