2008 How can i tell if my QX has the factory tow pkg

My QX56 has a trailer hitch that is wired and I have towed light trailers for yard work etc.. There is a sticker on the hitch that states max. tongue weight is 1000# and max hitch is 10,000#. But I know from docs that the max tow is 8900#. I am trying to determine how I would know if this hitch was added aftermarket or came from the factory. If it is from the factory will my SUV have auto level etc.? What switches gauges etc. will my vehicle have to show factory tow pkg..
