Help with Acura

Ok guys, I need your help... looking at an Acura rsx type s and it supposedly has an aftermarket air intake but the pictures might as well be Greek to me... Here is a pic of the intake. Seller says it's routed under the battery to drivers front fender. anyone recognize the intake manufacture? See any issues with it? Thanks for your help... Will upload top view of engine bay in a bit.
