Steering wheel from a '13 fit on a '08?

I was wondering has anybody ever tried to do this. I was looking at a new Armada today and really finding myself liking the redesign steering wheel. So I came home and look online and found a 2013 steering wheel for a really good price. The only thing I am unsure about is the wire connection for the new one. I really think this will be a cool mod and would freshen up my 2008 Armada's interior a bit. I don't know if this can even be done, but I would like to still see if it can.
