Power Steering Fluid Replacement

I have a couple things on my "to do" list as I'm nearing 100k on the odo. I figure the replacing the power steering fluid should be a quick thing. Is this done by siffening out the old fluid in the reservoir and replacing with fresh fluid? I know it doesn't replenish ALL of it but most of it will be replaced.

Any advice or suggestion appreciated.
