I don't like the look of ultra shiney wet tires, they tend to sling too much and pick up every bit of dust. Personally I like the satin/matte look that leaves the tires rich black without any runs or drips.
Please excuse me since I'm new and if this has been discussed before. But, I use regular old armorall cut with water (60% armorall 40% water). Now this only lasts until it rains, but I wash my car often enough that it never gets that brown dry look.
