I forgot who it was that pointed me to this program, I think it might've been ntrddragon, but putting together the numbers was the toughest part for me. Then I ran across this spreadsheet today so I figured I'd share the link with anyone interested. My personal goal is to Bench Press 300-lbs and Curl 180-lbs before this summer is over, that will give me a 50-lbs increase from now on each.
